I’m Christine Walker, Owner of The Happy Life Formula, a women’s wellness coach, holistic therapist, and grief guide. I specialise in helping midlife women like you find their way forward after loss- gently and purposefully.

As a midlife woman (40–65), you’ve likely experienced significant loss—whether through bereavement, serious illness, divorce, menopause, career changes, infertility, or the slow grief of caring for a loved one with a life-limiting condition. These transitions often bring sadness, overwhelm, and a loss of purpose or identity.

With over 30 years of combined experience in holistic therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and women’s wellness coaching—alongside my own lived experience—I offer an integrative, compassionate approach to help you navigate the emotional challenges and repurpose your life after loss.

The Blossom Model
My 1-2-1 support work follows a holistic (mind-body-spirit) approach and uses the analogy of a garden, hence the title, ‘The Blossoming Model’
This model symbolises the stages of growth and renewal after loss, the programs are inspired by the life cycle of a flower: Seed, Grow and Bloom.
All programs are client-centred, flexible and tailored to individual needs

Sharing your experiences in a like-minded community – a safe and supportive space – allows for emotional release, reduces feelings of loneliness & overwhelm and fosters healing, resilience and a sense of belonging.
